We currently have a position available for an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced Colour Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for a full time Colour Consultant whose main responsibility will be to meet with clients and conduct a showroom walk-through to get an understanding of the clients preferred colour scheme, budget and finishes for their home.
Being able to think creatively to support the Zac Homes team in the design process, managing client’s expectations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, is an essential part of this role.
To be successful in this role you must be very organised, as you are also responsible for scheduling and planning meetings with clients, managing documentation and following appointments and communicating final design selections and drawing up contract documentation for clients.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about the construction industry and have a creative flair. Essential criteria for the role:
- Experience working as an interior designer/colour consultant with a residential home builder
- Advance knowledge and experience in interior styling and delivery
- Understanding of building and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and creative flair
- A positive attitude and a collaborative approach within a tea
Candidates must be permanent residents, citizens or on non-restricted visas.

Client Liaison Officer
We currently have a position available for an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced client liaison officer to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients & providing excellence in proactive customer service, while efficiently & effectively administering the job from the initial start through to formal handover.
Our Client Liaison officers are required to work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure clients receive regular progress updates throughout all stages of construction.
