Construction Maintenance Coordinator

Reporting to the Construction Coordinator the Maintenance Coordinator will manage the day to day maintenance requirements of the business.

The successful candidate should have general building knowledge and experience in construction maintenance will be considered an advantage.

With responsibility for coordinating our maintenance team and providing support to our construction coordinator you will have the opportunity to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel

Receptionist/Administration Assistant

 

We currently have a position available for an enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated receptionist/administration assistant to join our team.

Our work environment is dynamic and our team are supportive of one another.

You will need to be approachable, able to follow instructions and also work independently. Your problem solving experience will allow you to resolve minor issues when they arise and experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn will be an advantage.

 

As front of house and the face of our business you will need to be personable and well presented. Your ability to always maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with our clients and staff will allow you to represent the business well.
